Checks for autumn won’t come as a surprise, but our hot take on traditional chequer might. This season’s Abstract Check took its inspiration from a mid-century Japanese ceramic bowl found by Hayley on one of her Portobello hauls; transformed in-house into optical illusion print that gives a predictable monochrome motif its mojo back.
