Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using couriers under Interparcel for Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for a next day service. Both services require a signature upon delivery.

For Standard UK Shipping, we endeavor to process your order within 2 working days.For express same day UK deliveries we use a private courier service. Please contact care@hayleymenzies.com for more information and a quote.

OUR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY PERIOD 

UK Next Day delivery orders placed by the 22nd December will be processed immediately for delivery on the 23rd December. 

IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

  1. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR’s), you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
  2. Exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to HAYLEY MENZIES by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address supplied in our Contact Us category on the site, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
  3. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to HAYLEY MENZIES at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
  4. Once you have notified HAYLEY MENZIES that you are cancelling the contract, the HAYLEY MENZIES will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
  5. If you do not return the goods as required, HAYLEY MENZIES may charge you for the direct costs of recovering the goods.
  6. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for goods which are specially designed for you, or which have been amended, modified or customised in accordance with your instructions.
  7. For all other returns, please read returns policy on the ‘Returns’ section. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All refunds will be made in the same currency as the related purchase. HAYLEY MENZIES will not be liable for any loss this may cause due to fluctuations in exchange rates or any other related reason causing the value of the refund to be less than the sum originally paid.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value.

All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. All products returned should have a RMA number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

OUR CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY

Orders placed from 1st December onwards can be returned by 7th January 2016.

All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Contact care@hayleymenzies.com or call +44 (0) 208 969 5300 within 7 days of receiving your order and request a RMA Number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number).

Complete the Returns Form included in your order and include it with your returned product.

Products should be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number, they should be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.

All products must be returned via recorded delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed - this may take up to 30 days.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange the product purchased simply specify the new product you require at the time of requesting your RMA number.

The product will then be dispatched to you on receipt of your return and, if necessary, the balance payment, has been received or refunded.

If we don't have the required product in stock you can request to be added to our waiting list and notified once the product is back in stock.

LATE RETURNS

Products should be received by HAYLEY MENZIES within 7 days of the date of your RMA request.

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of HAYLEY MENZIES and may only be refunded as a credit note.

Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will be granted at our discretion.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.

Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase. Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties incurred.
